For a couple months now Holly has been requesting to eat with chopsticks during dinner. And she's pretty good at it too! She got to use them for the first time at Pei Wei a while ago, and now she loves them all the time! She'll even eat corn one kernel at a time with them. Maybe she's turning Japanese? She seems to think so.
