We went to Shipshewana this week for an Amish-style retreat with Grandpa Simon and Grandma Sheri! The girls loved seeing all the horses and buggies, and swimming in the pool at the hotel. We ate a fabulous home cooked meal at Das Essenhaus, Dutch for "The Eating House," and enjoyed Amish apple butter and peanut butter spread. Yum!
